I am always pleased with my visits to Sport Clips. Everyone is nice. The massager on the neck and shoulders is great. However, there is one thing missing that would complete the goal of catering to men. Sport Clips must learn the art of using a straight razor. Think old time barber with a straight razor. Include that for around the ears and neck plus offer to give a a man a clean close shave. Then it would be perfect.

There is this one woman that works there that has a repeat offense of cutting my son's ears. The last time he had her, he even contracted ringworm! My son is only 8 years old & all this happened before the Covid-19 outbreak. I requested a refund, but all I got was a free hair cut coupon. What the holy geez! Please be aware if they are cleaning their instruments so this does not happen to other people!
