I had the most amazing experience today. I recently relocated to the area. There was a sportsclips in my hometown and I had a horrendous experience. But I figured I’d give it another try. I waited about an hour (because I walked in and didn’t check-in online) but I was greeted in a very friendly manner upon entering and the whole atmosphere was so appealing that I didn’t mind waiting. This store has an amazing staff. The are laughing and making conversation with customers in a genuine way. My haircut only took about 15 minutes but it is probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. If every store in the franchise were like this location every other salon would be out of business. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

if you are sick you shouldn’t be working customers don’t appreciate you coughing the entire time they are getting a haircut. Also you should complete all the services not skip stuff just because you want to hurry and rush. If we are paying for the services we should get them.
