I had the most amazing experience today. I recently relocated to the area. There was a sportsclips in my hometown and I had a horrendous experience. But I figured I’d give it another try. I waited about an hour (because I walked in and didn’t check-in online) but I was greeted in a very friendly manner upon entering and the whole atmosphere was so appealing that I didn’t mind waiting. This store has an amazing staff. The are laughing and making conversation with customers in a genuine way. My haircut only took about 15 minutes but it is probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. If every store in the franchise were like this location every other salon would be out of business. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Wish I could give a no star!!! The most basic haircut is called a Fade. My son and I have received this same haircut for years, the Fade - a size 4 on the sides, 1-1/2 inch scissor cut on top, rounded in back - simple, or so we thought. A few weeks ago, the "stylist" botched my haircut and I had to go home and fix it. One side of my head was cut a totally different length than the other side. It was hidden in how she combed it - but it was salvageable with my clippers at home. Not the haircut I paid for!!! This past weekend and determined not to use that stylist, I took my 14 year old son in for his haircut. A different stylist, after speaking with my son, came out to confirm the cut. I told her the Fade and provided the information on blade and hairlength. After using the trimmers with a 4 blade on the sides, she proceeded to use a much shorter 1-1/2 blade on the top of his head in lieu of leaving an inch and a half scissor cut. WHO DOES THIS? WAS SHE HAVING A BAD DAY? You have to lack even fundamental skills to not to realize that the top of the head should be longer than the sides. It's Christmas and the only way to salvage this haircut was to trim it to a buzzcut. Christmas photos - ruined. One week of school before the holiday and he's afraid to show his hair and is wearing a hat for fear of being bullied. Thanks for a Merry Christmas!! Oh by the way, the Sports Clips website doesn't respond to customer complaints.

I will never go back here again. I went months ago and they cut my hair so uneven I had to almost shave my head. Told myself I'd never go but, needed a trim this weekend and my new stylist wasn't available so I gave them another chance. Once again, patches of uneven hair, and a complete bald spot behind my ear. She didn't say a word about the huge chuck of hair missing, just put extra product in my hair and combed over the buzzer spot. All I asked for was a number 7 buzz on the sides. One side burn was over an inch longer. The neck line was crooked. overall, another terrible experience, and a embarrassing haircut I need to Have professional fixed.
